VP of World Uyghur Congress
As member of Uyghur Canadian community, we are once more thrilled by the sincere
solidarity of Bnai Brith Canada to support Canadian government’s ongoing
effort to bring Mr. Huseyin Celil back to his home, Canada.
This is second solid support we have received from Bnai Brith since the November
19th joint Press Release issued by two organizations.
There are more reasons to believe that Uyghur in East Turkistan and Jewish
community in Israel are suffering by direct and indirect State sponsored terrorism
linked to China.
According to Israel Defense Forces (IDF) sources, two missiles launched toward
the Israel Navy Ship (INS) Hanit (Spear) and SAAR V class corvette patrolling
the Lebanese coast 16 kilometers from the shore on July 17th 2006 were originated
by Chinese made C-802 missile.
Behind the scene, China is major arms supplier of Hamas and Hezbollah through
Iranian Channel.
Since long time China has sponsored or directly supported international terrorist
organizations, including Osama Bin Laden lead Al-Qaeda, evil Taliban regime,
Hezbullah and Hamas.
Reported by Marc Wolfensberger from Bloomberg news on Nov 26, 2006, China have
moved up to sign 100 Billion worth of energy contract for period of 25 years
with Islamic Republic of Iran. Such deals might also help dissuade China from
backing sanctions against Tehran over its nuclear program.
No doubt that great portion of that money will serve to strengthen the agenda
of Hezbollah & Hamas.
As we know Iran has been publicly life line supporter of these two organizations.
Besides China’s support Iran, China's thirst for oil prolongs genocide
in Darfur. The US lead West is in favor of sanctions against Sudan, but China
is against it.
According to Human Rights Watch report, “Weapons deliveries from China
to Sudan since 1995 have included ammunition, tanks, helicopters, and fighter
aircraft. China also became a major supplier of antipersonnel and antitank mines
after 1980, according to a Sudanese government official. The SPLA in 1997 overran
government garrison towns in the south, and in one town alone, Yei, a Human
Rights Watch researcher saw eight Chinese 122 mm towed howitzers, five Chinese-made
T-59 tanks, and one Chinese 37 mm anti-aircraft gun abandoned by the government
army” (Human Rights Watch, “Sudan: Global Trade, Local Impact, Arms
Transfers to all Sides in the Civil War in Sudan,” Vol. 10, No. 4 (a)
(New York: Human Rights Watch, August 1998), pp. 20)
Most of those weapons today are being used against civilians.
Ian Johnson from The Wall Street Journal reported in 1999 that the Sudan project
accounted for U.S. $ 500 million of a record $ 710 million in revenues (unaudited)
for China Petroleum Engineering & Construction (Group) Corporation. (Ian
Johnson, “China Takes Long View,” December 16, 1999) apparently
China is pouring money to Sudan to strengthen Darfour Regime with blank check
to continue its genocide.
Former President of WUC, Mr.Erkin Alptekin quoted that "In an article
published in the Washington Times on September 28, 2001, Bill Gertz wrote that
“China had been supporting the Taliban and Osama bin Laden since 1998”.
The official Iranian press stated that China and the Taliban signed a secret
defense agreement in 1998. On October 23, 2001, the Indian press quoted Taliban
commander-in-chief Jalaluddin Haqqani as saying: “China is still helping
the Taliban in their war against the United States”. On August 26, 2001,
Gregg Walton wrote: “Before even the launching of the major U.S. military
offensive in Afghanistan, China has sent thousands of soldiers to Afghanistan
to fight alongside the ruling Taliban and Al-Qaeda forces.” On August
25, 2002, Scott Baldauf quoted Afghanistan’s top military and intelligence
officer, Engineer Ali, as saying that China was “supplying arms to Al-Qaeda.”
In August 2001, Osama bin Laden called for “good relations” between
Afghanistan and China, saying this would be in China’s interests to reduce
U.S. military and economic influence in Asia.
Despite the UN embargo on Afghanistan, China was secretly aiding the Taliban
regime through the so-called Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. The Xinjiang
Yearbook 2000 features an article on page 319, which says that the Xinjiang
Regional Government had extended 40 million Yuan in economic aid to Taliban-ruled
Afghanistan in the year 1999 and would continue to help the Taliban in the future.
Central Asian officials believe that China, in the last few years, was using
the Taliban and Al Qaeda to destabilize Central Asian Republics such as Kazakhstan,
Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan through “Islamic Terrorism”. The aim was
to force the oil-, gold- and gas-rich Central Asian republics into compromises
with China to avoid a direct confrontation with Russia, which still treats Central
Asia as its own “backyard”. As a result of this policy Uzbekistan,
when under the assault of Islamist forces in the year 2000, appealed to China
and not to the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) for emergency Military
aid. Only two months later, Kyrgyzstan followed in strengthening military relations
with China, in reaction to Islamic terrorism and subversion originating from
the Taliban and Osama bin Laden’s Al Qaeda organization.
Confirmed by Pentagon, Large amounts of Chinese weapons and ammunitions found
in Al Qaeda’s secret caves in the Tora Bora region provide the most compelling
evidence that the Chinese were supporting Osama bin Laden with military assistance.
Furthermore, recently, large amounts of Chinese weapons were also found in Iraq.
This is further proof that China was supplying weapons to Saddam Hussein despite
the UN embargo on Iraq.
As we seen from the facts that China is the root cause of all international
evil forces around the globe who have been engaging terrorism, genocide and
mass murder of innocent people in Sudan, Israel, East Turkistan and Tibet.
Supporting those rouge and evil regimes, China’s main mission is to build
strong economic, military and political alliances internationally against Western
interests by diverting and distracting international, mainly Western Nationa's
attention to different hot spots, like North Korea, Iran, Sudan and Middle East.
China lead Shanghai corporation organization, continuing expansion of China
political, military and economical influence in Asia Pacific region, recent
African summit held in Beijing, as a whole to serve Chinese imperial plan to
be a master of the world.
